Pipex have not yet announced what they will be doing with existing users of Toucan. As soon as we find out more we will post the information on this blog. In the mean time, you can always cancel your Toucan phone package and sign up for the Pipex combined broadband and UK landline calls package. Any changes to the Toucan packages as a result of the acquisition by Pipex are likely to take several months to implement, so this may be the best way to take advantage of the Pipex offer. I retire at the end of September and wish to amalgamate my present Toucan account to include broadband. Prior to Toucan I used Homecall - as now both providers are operated/owned by Pipex who offer broadband at £6.50 plus free UK landline cals at £12.99 - are you going to make changes and offer a one off price to existing users of Toucan - if so what??
